This Ford Transit Custom was designed for Gwynne, who specifically requested the dog cages to be the main feature of her campervan, as she travels to many dog shows in the year and wanted the option to sleep at the shows.
The full conversion included insulating the vehicle, full width bed on top of the crate, kitchen area with hob & sink combo, front loading fridge, bespoke cupboards, full electrics and passenger swivel seat.
This custom dog crate conversion was designed for a customer who needed a secure and comfortable space for their dog while in transit.
Suitable for one or two dogs, the unit is fully insulated and lined with Veltrim for added comfort. We also fitted the doors on sliding rails for ease of use.
For this custom conversion, we incorporated a dog crate beneath a hinged sleeping platform.
During the day, the platform folds back to reveal a compartment equipped with electrics and a wash-down station for their lovely puppy.
