Frequently Asked Questions
1. What’s included in the campervan hire?​
Each of our vans comes fully equipped with a Rock n Roll bed, kitchen unit, cooking equipment, cutlery, crockery, water container, and electric hook-up cable. Additional extras such as bedding, awnings, and porta pottis can be added during booking.

2. How many people can the campervans sleep?​
Both our Toyota Alphard Series 10 and Series 20 campervans comfortably sleep up to three adults / two adults & two children.

3. Can I bring my dog?​
Yes, we offer a pet-friendly option. Please select this extra when booking, and note there may be a small additional cleaning fee.

4. Do I need a special driving licence?​
No. All of our vans can be driven on a standard full UK driving licence. Drivers must be aged between 23–75 with at least 2 years of driving experience.

5. What’s your fuel policy?​
Vans are provided with a full tank of petrol and should be returned full. Fuel charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less.

6. Is insurance included?​
Yes, fully comprehensive insurance is included as standard, along with UK breakdown cover. Debit / Credit Card required for pre-authorised payment from £750. Additional drivers can be added for a small fee.

7. How do I book a van?​
You can check availability, pricing, and book securely through our online booking portal. A deposit is required to secure your dates.

8. Can I take the campervan off the Isle of Wight?​
Yes, you’re welcome to take the campervan to the mainland. However, our reduced ferry rates are only available for return travel to the Isle of Wight, so you won’t be able to take advantage of this discount.

9. What’s the cancellation policy?​
Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the start of the hire will receive a full refund. Cancellations within the start of the hire and 6 weeks may be subject to a partial or full charge. Please see our full terms and conditions for details.

10. Do I need to clean the van before returning it?​
We offer a cleaning service for a small fee, which you can select at the time of booking. Otherwise, we ask that the van is returned in the same condition you collected it in.

11. Will you show me how to use the camper?​
Yes, a full handover will be offered to each customer. On the day of collection, please make sure you get to us at least an hour before the office closes at 4pm to ensure we have enough time to complete the handover.

12. How long can I book the campervan for?​
Our minimum hire period is 3 nights. You’re welcome to book for as long as you like, subject to availability. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a longer road trip, we’ll do our best to accommodate your plans. Discounts are available for extended hires — please contact us for more information.

13. Do you have ISO fix?
Unfortunately our vehicles do not have ISO Fix.

14. Do I need to pay a security deposit?
We don’t take a deposit in advance. Instead, we pre-authorise a credit or debit card when you collect the campervan. This will appear as a pending transaction on your account to confirm you have sufficient funds to cover the insurance excess if required. No money is taken unless needed.
We securely store your card details in case any damage occurs and the pre-authorisation has expired. These details are held in line with our terms and conditions and are deleted once the campervan is returned safely and without issue.
